Booking Info
Contact us at least 1 month in advance if you can — but don’t sweat it, we’ll do everything we can to make your event spin-tastic.
What’s Needed to Book:
$100 non-refundable deposit (credited to total)
Signed contract (via email or in-person)
Full payment due 3 days prior
Cash, Paypal, or Credit card payments accepted. Please add 3% fee to all credit card transactions.
Change of Plans?
No problem — your deposit is transferable to a new date based on availability.

To bring you the best, we need:
Flat ground (4x5 ft space minimum)
3-prong outlet within 25 feet
Elevator access if not on ground floor
Outdoors?
Shaded space for outdoor events + indoor backup (just in case!)

We travel across Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Portage Counties, and are happy to roll further with a small travel fee.
